Experience is a key factor to our hiring standards.

  • Minimum 25 years of age
  • Minimum 18 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • 10 Year employment history – any gaps in employment must be explained

Our MVR standards are a cut above the industry standards to create the safest environment for our drivers and customers.

  • No more than 3 moving violations and/or preventable accidents in the most recent 36 months
  • No reckless driving citation in the past 5 years
  • No DUI / DWI convictions in lifetime
  • No license suspensions related to moving violations

We also have some other general requirements to make sure our family is the safest and most productive possible.

  • Must be able to pass DOT physical, Drug Screen & Agility test
  • No positive drug screens or refusals
  • No felony convictions involving a commercial vehicle in a lifetime
  • No non-CMV felony convictions within the last 5 years
  • No CMV-related felony convictions ever
  • South Carolina drivers must have Tanker Endorsement
